Please read these terms carefully before using our platform. This is a binding agreement between you and MrDoby.

1. Agreement

By using MrDoby (mrdoby.com), you legally agree to these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between Reindeer Group and you. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

2. Services

MrDoby provides the following services:

  • Digital development services (website, app, software)
  • Government document services (GST, PAN, MSME, etc.)
  • Vehicle services (insurance, challan, fitness)
  • Business setup services
  • Travel, cleaning, construction, and other services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You will provide accurate and genuine information
  • Uploading fake or forged documents is strictly prohibited
  • You will not share your account credentials with others
  • You will not misuse the platform in any manner
  • You must be 18 years of age or older to use this platform

4. Payment Terms

  • All payments are required in advance
  • Prices are GST inclusive unless clearly stated otherwise
  • Payments are processed securely via Razorpay/Cashfree
  • UPI, Debit/Credit Card, and Net Banking are accepted
  • Services will only be processed after payment confirmation

5. Refund Policy

  • Government fees (GST, PAN, etc.) are non-refundable
  • Service fee – 100% refund if work has not commenced
  • Partial refund after work has started, evaluated on a case-by-case basis
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

6. Service Timeline

Each service has an estimated timeline mentioned on its respective service page. Delays may occur due to:

  • Government portal downtime
  • Incomplete document submission
  • Public holidays

We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

7. Prohibited Activities

  • Creating an account using a fake identity
  • Uploading fraudulent or forged documents
  • Attempting to hack or compromise the platform
  • Posting spam or abusive content
  • Using the platform for any illegal purpose

Any violation may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

8. Intellectual Property

The name, logo, content, and all platforms under MrDoby (PropCluster, RTOWork, Nikayzo, etc.) are the intellectual property of Reindeer Group. Copying, reproducing, or distributing any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
